How do I cancel?

What if a ride exceeds the cap?
You only pay the difference, at the price shown on the quote before you confirm. The amount covered by the Pass is spelled out on every ride.
How does the refunded BreizhGo coach work?
You buy your ticket from BreizhGo as usual, send a photo of it in the app and receive a credit, valid twelve months on our services, capped per trip. Tickets are checked.
What happens if a payment fails?
Benefits are paused until it is settled. Update your card from this page: the Pass resumes as soon as the payment goes through, with no extra fees.
